By Shuttle or Public Transportation to Deerhurst Resort

Several options exist for ground transportation from the Toronto International Airport (YYZ) to the meeting venue (prices below are one-way). Currently, the most economical option would use public transit (city bus – subway – regional bus) with a cost of approximately $50 USD, and there are also twice daily shuttles available for approximately $80 USD that travel directly from the airport to Huntsville.

To travel via public transit from the airport, take a Go Bus (34 or 40 - https://www.gotransit.com/en/) from Pearson Airport Terminal 1 to either the Yorkdale Mall or the Highway 407 Station which are both stops for OntarioNorthland  buses (http://ontarionorthland.ca/en) heading to Huntsville.

A rental car from the airport is also a good option, especially if you can find other attendees willing to share costs.

The organizing committee is exploring a chartered bus or shuttle service on Sunday, November 3rd and Monday, November 4th that would travel directly from Toronto Lester B. Pearson airport (YYZ) to the meeting venue. If you indicate an interest in this option during registration, you will be notified if an airport transfer service is organized.

If you decide to spend any time in the City of Toronto before or after the meeting there is an express train from the city centre to the airport for ~$10 USD. From YYZ airport to downtown Toronto, take the UP Express (https://www.upexpress.com/), which is a direct train to Union Station (~$10 USD), or a combination of TTC bus and subway (http://ttc.ca/). To travel onward to Huntsville via public transit, you can catch the Ontario Northland (http://ontarionorthland.ca/en) bus from the downtown Toronto Coach terminal.
