Hotel Reservation

KT&G SangsangMadang Chuncheon Stay Hotel (**Recommended)

• Please complete the Reservation Form (.doc) (.pdf) by following the instructions on pages 1 & 2, at your earliest convenience.
• Reservation should be made per room. (i.e. Participants that plan to share one room please submit one reservation form with roommate(s) information on it.)
• Roommate requests/interests list is linked on page 2 in the Reservation form (as collected from G17 Request to Participate - please coordinate among the G17 participants, update your information to the list as you see fit).
• Please complete your reservation by 29 September 2015 (12pm noon US EDT | 4pm UTC). See p.2 of the reservation form for the latest room types availability.

• **The recommendation does not reflect or suggest the quality of Benikea Hotel Bears any lesser. Rather it is indicating the week of G17 meeting & activities are currently arranged at SangsangMadang Hotel. 
• If your desired room types at SangsangMadang become unavailable by the time you send reservation request, please work with Mr. Kim to help you book a room at Hotel Bears (see below, just a 10-min walk across the street) or another local hotel nearby.

Benikea Hotel Bears

• Please work with Mr. Kim to help you book a room at Hotel Bears. If you speak Korean, reserve room by phone +82.33.256.2525.
• G17 does not having a binding block of rooms at Hotel Bears but feel free to book its accommodation as you see fit. Availability is as first-come, first-served. If you have questions for the hotel and need local assistance in Korean, please contact Mr Kim.

How to Get to the Venue and Hotels

From Chuncheon Intercity Bus Terminal or Namchuncheon Train Station to Hotels:

• Take a taxi - you will see a line of taxis waiting by the curb at the Bus Terminal. It is about ~ 1.6 km (1 mi) ride to either one of the hotels. 
• The ride to either one of the hotels should cost no more than ~ $5 per taximeter when the traffic flow is smooth. Let the driver know if you need a receipt - it can be printed by the taximeter.
