Important Dates and Pre-Travel Checklist

Complete G18 & NETLAKE Mtgs full registration here as soon as possible, no later than 25 June 2016. Arrival group shuttle(s) from Vienna International Airport to Gaming, poster/new sites/site news abstracts submission, July 8th field visit are all included in the registration that you do not want to miss the opportunity to sign up.

- If you plan to attend either or both of the 18th GLEON All-Hands and NETLAKE meetings, please fill out the Request to Participate form by 7 April 2016.
By 7 April 2016 @12pm (noon) US EDT | 4pm UTC
- Submit G18 Student Travel Award application online.
- Advisor's letter of recommendation must be received by gsa.gleon@gmail.com by the same deadline.
