Using chlorophyll fluorescence data to identify cardinal events in lakes (INACTIVE)
This project will explore the use of high frequency chlorophyll fluorescence data to automatically identify cardinal events in lakes, for example the timing and magnitude of a spring phytoplankton bloom and the clear-water phase.
